WELCOME
Welcome to the Beach Bistro, part of the Gallivant Hotel, our boutique beach house hotel opposite the dunes of Camber and five miles of uninterrupted golden sand beyond.
Our head chef Trevor Hambley uses fantastic seasonal produce sourced within 30 miles of us creating dishes that put the main ingredient centre stage, menus that interpret some of the classics with a subtle modern twist.
Our New England retro British seaside décor is a warm and welcoming destination, a cosy ‘home from home’ to enjoy delicious, perfectly executed cooking, overlooking the windswept dunes.
Local fish, often only ‘hours landed’ is a big but not exclusive part of our menu, with our specials board highlighting some of the best and freshest fish you might have the chance to eat.
We are located just as you enter Camber, opposite the beach car park, about 3 miles from Rye and just over an hour and half from London.

Monday to Sunday – 7.30 to 9.30
For lunch:
Monday to Friday – noon to 2.00
Saturday and Sunday – noon to 3.00
For dinner:
Sunday to Thursday – 6.30 to 9.00
Friday and Saturday – 6.00 to 10.00
